Is this legal advice, or just guidance?
It’s real estate guidance — we are not attorneys and we do not provide formal legal advice. We help you understand your situation, organize the facts, and know what kind of professional you need (if you need one at all). Often the situation isn’t as complicated as it seems.
What if I live outside Puerto Rico?
Perfect — consultations are 100% virtual. You can call from any country. Many of our clients are Puerto Ricans living off the island who own property here and don’t know who to trust. And if you need someone to physically go see your property, that’s what Ojos en la Isla is for — we go for you and send you the full report.
What if my case needs more than a consultation?
We’ll tell you honestly on the call. If LUMAVI can help you directly (buying the property, managing it, etc.), we’ll explain how. If you need an attorney or another professional, we’ll point you to the right kind.
How soon after paying can I book?
Right away. As soon as you complete your payment, use the “Book a Time” button on this same page to choose an available date and time.
Do you have a refund policy?
If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you can reschedule at no cost. Refunds are evaluated case by case. Contact us at (787) 454-2924.
