You pay your bills directly; we send the reminders and keep track. Visits document what we see. No visit plan can guarantee that damage won’t happen. Opening the house: power, water and AC on, taps run, leak check. Closing it: everything off, fridge emptied, trash out. After a storm, we go as soon as it is safe to get there.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to sign up for a monthly plan?
No. If you need something just once, see Eyes on the Island or More services. The plans are for when you need us often.
Can I hire you if I live in the United States?
Yes. That’s exactly what this service is for. Most of our clients live off the island.
How do I pay?
Once we confirm the scope and availability, we send you one payment link for everything you picked.
Do you certify my contractor’s work?
No. We check what can be seen and documented, and we give you the record. Certifying construction, plumbing or electrical work is the licensed professional’s job. What changes is that you stop paying blind.
What if it’s an inheritance?
Heirs, title and succession are handled separately through our Revisión de Caso, and every legal decision is made by a licensed Puerto Rico attorney or notary. Start with a consult and we’ll tell you which path fits.
Which areas do you cover?
Standard prices include travel within our normal service area. If your property needs extended travel or multi-day field work, we tell you about any extra charge before scheduling. Tell us your town on WhatsApp and we’ll let you know.
